Your wonderful Amid the Powers SO deserved the win. I would have been horribly disappointed if it had not pulled a first.

Your other stories were also marvelous, but you know you caught my heart very early on with Powers.

Thank you!! To be honest I always feel there must be an element of pure chance in the exact placings the MEFAs end up with, because very few if any reviewers can possibly read all the fics in any given category, and so most of us may be missing fics to which we would have given more points if we'd read them - but I can't stop squeeing nonetheless! And Powers picked up some very positive reviews from several new readers who said things along the lines of "I'd never normally have read this", which was exactly what I was hoping for from the MEFAs, so that was lovely.

And congratulations on your many awards as well!
