Line 6 Toneport UX1 is the best 110 bucks I've ever spent. Took me a little while to get used to it and rethink my recording method, but man the results are pretty sweet so far. The new hotness is definitely coming soon. Too bad I still won't have anyone to play it with. :(
Current events in a nutshell: work, and lots of it. Unfortunately they cut my hours (I was like 2 hours away from fulltime and suddenly I'm down to 16), so I'm probably gonna have to move on sometime soon. There's also the whole "wtf am I going to do for next semester" deal, yada yada yada.
In other news, I might be heading to Orlando to catch FUCKING OPETH and Into Eternity this Saturday. Really, everything is set except for plans, timing, etc: for once, a ride is not an issue, and money is not an issue (thanks to two very awesome friends of mine from work, we got like 4 free tickets). Hopefully this goes down: those of you who follow my musical endeavors know I'm a HUGE fan of Opeth, and I missed them last time around (which is a shame, because they were with Nevermore, who are also made of win).
Aysha: call me up about the graphics card tomorrow (today, whatever): it's payday and I may just buy it off of you on the spot. =P
