On a whim, I decided to find out what Sasabuchi Hiroshi was up to, since it's been perhaps half a year or more since he left Plastic Tree.
Like how you wonder how some of your old friends are doing with their lives since you last saw them. There's more connection here since we're both drummers.
Glad to know that he's still in music, since some people were saying that he's retiring from music altogether (they probably read it wrongly). It's always sad when someone quits music, because it's something which you can keep doing till the day you die. Bucchi's a freelance drummer and drum tuner at the moment.
And I think it's lovely that he still has a link to the Plastic Tree website on his personal site. Because like with human relationships, some breaks can be bad.
I don't know how I'm going to end this post, since it's just random musings. But I guess I'll end off by saying that I think I need to find a drumsticks icon.
