For tonights return to high school fun, I got ice cream and candy, ran around in the thunderstorm, and watched 10 things i hate about you (bargain at the cornerstore). My barbie hair pieces even stayed in through the rain...correction, my Gem and the Hollograms pink and red highlights.
Did my photoshoot yesterday, was lots of fun, crazy makeup and outfits (1. green spandex strips, 2. pvc goth dress. Should get the negetives in the next week, hopefully before I fly home on tuesday. Also tried the Korean all you can eat meat BBQ house---disgustingly good and filling, before going to the BSC. Sunday, lovely brunch, bought a fan for my sweltering room, spent some time on the Harbourfront w/my hamilton friend, and won tix to the advance screening of Batman Begins, which I saw yesterday. Fun summertime movie, bit long, but great one-liners, lots of ninjas and hunky stars. I'd see it on a cheap night.
Thursday night was a blast, at Kos for Caitlin's bday, followed by nxne at the bovine, although the mass amounts of dudes w/hidious haircuts was staggering...
Had to work last saturday --(but spent time on the Black bull patio and Shanghai Cowgirl)and the one coming up, but it allows me to have nearly a month vacation, which I'm using to its capasity, fitting in Abbotsford, Victoria, Vancouver, Kelowna, and Osoyoos in 2 weeks, followed by a couple days in T.O. before heading off to Dublin Ireland for 12 days!!! Yup, going to kiss the Blarney Stone and drink Guiness. Doing an awesome 7 day bus tour w/other backpackers, as well as a day trip or two up to Belfast.
Might try to see Chuck Palaniuk tomorrow evening before rocking the open bar +food at Frisco's patio opening party. It pays to know the peeps on the inside!
