Yes, she has one of those charm bracelets.
For each friend there is one charm.
A good dozen of them:
Cats and snakes, mechanical devices and little shovels.
The charms are supposed to fit the character,
while the condition of it shows the value
put into the friendship.
Most of them look shiny new,
they glitter in the sun and bath with happiness in the sea.
Yet, there are a few who are rusty and dull.
One of them, a small falcon, lost a wing
a while ago but nobody cared to replace it.
Some day the bird itself fell of; no one missed her overly much.
Perhaps it is a sad thing, to lose a friend, just like that
the owner of the bracelet however did not know it
and the falcon finally found it's lost wing
and soared into the day.
(I suppose 'she' will never read this, well it does not matter. If she read this I would have to deal with her response.... waste of my time. And really, who can tell if laughing or slapping her would be best and most satisfying? I probably would settle for smiling. (Fuji's character really is a good role model for anger management.)
