I have read (and enjoyed) Benjamin's Dream. And The Stand (I'm assuming you're talking about the King novel) and Watchmen. But I could stand to read Watchmen again. It's been a while.
I suppose I should mention that I also read A Clockwork Orange last year, although that's not strictly post-apocalyptic...is it? I found it to be mildly annoying.
I don't think I'm interested in reading Behold the Man. Growing up in Christian tradition was enough exploration of the topic for me. Perhaps I'll feel differently in the future but for now...eh.
