Being on a rotation diet is great, except when it is not coffee day.

I have decided to tackle Shakespeare for a while. Part of me thinks that I will not be leered at on the train if I am reading Macbeth. I don't know why I feel that way. Perhaps I find Shakespeare strangely comforting.
I find Dickens strangely comforting. Maybe I should re-read some of those books.
I am currently obsessed with Fallout 3, so if anybody wants to recommend futuristic post-apocalyptic literature, please do. I am leaning in that direction and have read very little of that particular genre.
Is futuristic post-apocalytic literature a genre?
