Army's back
And the first news off the press was all bad. Out of all the blokes that applied for the overseas trip, less than a quarter will be taken. Almost everyone missed out, this thing that they built up as being your oppurtunity to serve overseas with the army will see probably less than forty of us go. Quite a bit disappointed, and now I need to really get my arse into gear about getting a job with solid hours.
It was good to be back at army last night, I found out that I'm not as fit as I'd hope to be, my stamina has plumetted to being barely anything. I couldn't keep sprints up and found myself in a lot of pain running around. However all the strength work I did was easily completed, so I guess the gym work has paid off. And there were a lot of blokes behind me rather than in front.
Gotta go to the gym today, work out some of these unused muscles.
