Gryphcon this past weekend was so
great ^^ I played in 3 games and won a whole bunch of books <3 All
White Wolf books and most all for Vampire, only one for Demon. I'm just
incredibly happy that each time I won it was a White Wolf book, cause I
never would have even looked at the other one's. My favorite game would
have to be the Midnight Madness Sabbat LARP. I was playing the Marshall
Bishop. It was Awethum! My
Pack was so fun! Sean and Tommy were just wonderful. Jerr, was just
great too, he let me nap on his shoulder while he was running a game
and bought me milk, wouldn't let me give him the change. Prolly on
account of me spending all that money on the Giant Monty Python bunny
and the Celtic Dagger. Such a sweet heart ^^ Haha, there was a
poster made of all the Staff, little stick figures with points beside
them, I was out down as mean ^^ It's so true, I'm mean, but only if you
deserve it. There was this one kid, a little 14 year old shit, one of
the first things he says to me, in an effort to show me up, was, "I bet
I'm older than you!" To which, I asked how old he was, being 14 of
course. My response was a rather irate, "Oh really? I'm 21 in a few
months, shut the fuck up". In an effort to redeem himself, he said I
only looked 16. Carrying on, he just kept rubbing me the wrong way, the
level of stupidity that came from him was just rediculous. My first
game of saturday was pretty much wasted, we only have four hour slots
to get the game done and damn near two hours had to be spent explaining
to him how to do the stupidest things and telling him to shut up. Much
to my chagrin he was also in my next game, the midnight madness Sabbat
LARP. Thankfully, Ange and Erik had been warned and mostly he had been
taken care of. Though there was one point in the game where there were
no ST's in the room and he was being an idiot, so I mosied on over to
him and gave him a piece of my mind. That shut him up right good.Over
all I had an amazing time. I'm going to volunteer next year again as
well as run a few games.
Love you, Tony
