She has had her fair share of relationships over her academics career, so she's pretty sure that the boy-who-lived and the youngest Weasley are well on their way of a fairytale.
(It helped that the younger girl seeks her advice on such things. She was beyond elated.)
It was their sixth year when it happened.
In a crowded room, celebrating their Quidditch win, he took the girl into his arms and kissed her. She sighed and 'aw'-ed at the sight.
They're a full-fledged couple after that and she couldn't be happier for the both of them.
At times, when they're not linked at the lips, he would go by his day just like always.
(she would know. After all, she is his best friend.)
Just like always.
Then, she noticed that he'd stop in the middle of the hallway every time Loo- Luna (she'd been reprimanded for her mistake before) walked by and humoured the girl with questions about Crumple-Horned Snorkack (he also had been correcting her about the names of those creatures) and others and in return, the girl would provide him with a biweekly subscription of the Quibbler.
(in honesty, she thinks its rubbish; except for the glimmer of truth during their fifth year about Harry, of course)
She doesn't mind the girl. She's a great ally to be alongside with and absolutely supportive during their rebellion in the fifth year.
But she couldn't help but wonder why he would go at such length to humour the girl with her far-fetched ideas (it's not in the booksbooksbooks!) and looked like he's genuinely interested.
She began to question the fairytale then.
Maybe the way he never seems to miss her in the crowd,
maybe how he always corrects her everytime she called her wrong,
maybe it's the way he always lingers around when she skipped away.
She stumped those worries away when he's with the youngest Weasley again because they look just perfect with each other.
(there's nagging feeling at the back of her head saying she knows better but she ignores it, like always, because it's not the fairytale.)
