in terms of SHEER FUCKING THRILLS & FUN i think the uncharted games are my new most favourite videogame series ever. it's like the turducken of videogames or something, like someone put a deliciously roasted rpg into a carefully smoked platformer inside of a wellbasted shooter and baked them to perfection. and mind you, i normally hate platformers, and hate shooters even more, but somehow the combo was done so RIGHT that i just gobbled the whole thing coming out of the oven. so epic, so ridiculously epic that i forgive all the times i go plummeting to my death jumping cliff to cliff or get BOMBED BY A TANK CHASING ME DOWN THE STREET. you like indiana jones? you like mythology? you like gorgeous exotic locales?you like clever stories and fun characters? you like suspension of disbelief? you like ACTIOOOOON? WELL DO I* HAVE A TREAT FOR YOU
