i promise i won't enjoy this exam as much as the con law exam. it's pretty hard to top questions with intersecting issues of voting rights and wealth discrimination and felons. <3.

too bad erie was last semester. i'm all over that. the exam sucked as much as i thought it would. and what was the kicker was that smalls gave us the exact same exam as what he had on file in the library as a sample exam, but andy and i didn't go over it because we didn't think we had time. i need a beer.
