Studying sucks, part 23975
Last weekend I had a 2-day review session of the practice MBE I took on July 1. There were 6 lectures, one on each topic area. The guy who did the constitutional law and torts lectures was supremely unhelpful. For example, in the course of the 2.5 hour constitutional law lecture, he probably gave us 20 different mnemonic devices to remember things. There comes a point where the mnemonic devices lose their effectiveness. I think it's somewhere around 19 or 20.
