The morning/evening zaryadka is starting to yield visible results - my belly has flattened. Also, when I started with thirty crunches, my abs were burning when I was done. Now I can get up to seventy without feeling the burn. Can now do ten full (as opposed to girly) push-ups without collapsing in pain. Went on a bike for 25 minutes yesterday and maintained above 70 rpm at lvl 4 resistance, with occasional two-minute forays into lvl 5 or 3. Last time I was on the bike, 22 minutes on lvl 3 exhausted me. Time to step up crunches from seventy of feet-on-the-floot to sixty of legs-crossed-in-the-air. Push-ups will be extended from ten at the end of the crunches to seven beforehand and seven afterwards. Thigh squats remain at ten for now.

Nails are, unfortunately, growing out brittle and thin, so they have to be filed frequently. Nevertheless, I think I finally kicked the habit. *knock on wood*
