The old Look-Out Point here - once a run down expanse of smog and abandonment is now a plethora of flowers, fountains and botanical genius.

And it looks like we have one man - or should I say philanthropic do-gooder - to thank for the restoration of this park to it's now beautiful state: Megamind.
