The only Transtech we've had any real luck with is Cheetor but he's usually pretty busy. He's head of security and is buried in paperwork most of the time.

I've met him. He seemed... concerned about keeping the offworld people out of trouble, but yes. He did seem under a bit of pressure. [He can sympathize. Intimately so.]

I have seen that area. For what you say it once was, I can't say its current state is any improvement. There isn't a lot of information on that zone, unfortunately, but I would like to know.
