YATAA!!!!

I thought I'd be a good boy tonight and post before I do my other things on the internet rather than doing my usual act of thinking "I'll update later" and then lo-and-behold it's bedtime. So I have a film on (like I said I would on my comment on
totally49's lj) and am ready to go. The film is Underworld, starring Kev's favourite lady, Kate Beckinsale. In this film, she looks like a female version of The Crow. I guess tyhey were probably going for that. Makes you wonder how gothic would the spawn of her and Branden Lee be.

Started a new work experience place today and it sucks. There's nothing to do and they didn't send me home early so I'll leave it there.

I promised a geeky post the next day a few days ago (it seems tomorrow on lj is a few days later) and so here it goes...

With the uprising current of pitches for more and more comic book films, it's only a matter of time before my beloved Green Arrow takes to the big screen and so, I'd like to throw my hat in and let it be known that I volunteer to play him on the big screen. I think it makes sense. I know the source material so have got all the motivation down; I've had a few goes with the ol' bow and arrow; I've got green eyes in most lights and definately if I also wear green (which Ollie always does); and last, and by no means least, I already have the facial plumage. I can't think of a better candidate.

Previously, Joe has suggested Keifer Sutherland for the part but his hair's thinning a bit now and I don't think his facial structure is right. The guy who plays him in Smallville (Justin Hartley) has no facial hair and a face that doesn't look right so he can't be him (though he could be his son, Connor). Speaking of Smallville, I've quite liked it from first time I saw it. At first, I thought it was going to be "The O.C. with superpowers" but it's actually a good drama. Weird seeing other comic heroes in there now. G.A. is a bit weird with his leather outfit and silly compound bow (longbow all the way!). Will eb weirder when they put the better-known ones in like Batman and the Green Lantern or even (as my next bet is) The Flash. I don't see why they didn't use guy from Smallville as Superman in Superman Begins cos that unknown guy really sucked. Never pick an unkown who's bad for a big film! Silly director and his up-ing of picking unkown "talent".

Anyway, that's it.

Oh no it isn't, just found out that my walls in ym room are Lupin, and I like werewolves. Ooooooooooo!

pcems, horses, werewolves, green arrow
