1 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1 egg, slightly beaten
½ t. poultry seasoning
½ c. catsup
2 T. brown sugar, packed
2 T. apple cider vinegar
2 T. soy sauce
» Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, egg and poultry seasoning.
» Shape into about 2 dozen 1½-inch balls.
» Brown meat balls slowly in a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat; pour off excess fat.
» In a small bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce.
» Pour over meatballs.
» Cover and simmer over low heat, stirring constantly, for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
