Bail-out bill fails due to majority Republican and minority Democratic no-votes. Dow drops over 700 points. People say they aren't scared but the stock market screams otherwise. Now what?

We now own 700 billion dollar debt caused by greedy fat cats sitting on the thrones of corporations so blind to reality they allowed people who by no means should be able to borrow money to do so.
