My Job
I will want to post in more detail, but I got a promotion today to an officer level position. It's not a huge promotion in that it doesn' t have significant financial attributes, but it's more than a title and opens up different opportunities for types of compensation and I've worked hard for it. I've worked hard at other times too, and for this same company, but new clothes and blow drying my hair and regular makeup has an impact. That kind of pisses me off, but I get it too. In any case, it's a good thing and I'm proud of myself.
