You see, Ramona's been dealing with the fact that she may never see a Scott from her time here. The Scotts that don't know her are kind of awkward to talk to, and her constant conversing with Gideon in the past about how she regrets things have all swirled in her head. And she's kind of sick of it. So, on a nice little whim, she decided to literally drink her worries away for a day.
... And then she couldn't stop herself. At least, not until the barkeep literally forced her away because she was about to seriously hurt herself. She wasn't completely gone just yet, but she was getting there. Hell, there's no telling where she might end up.
One thing's for sure, though.
