And I'm super impressed that everyone is doing the exercises to 100% perfection... unlike @ my cage where you can tell half of them don't know what they're doing in there.
In honor of this occasion, I am doing the Elizabeth WOD either tomorrow or Thursday. The skinny blonde chick in the vid has some mean jerks and I'm a little jealous.. but the hero award goes to the girl flatlined on the floor at the end.. I want that to be me by the time I'm done with Elizabeth.. in hopefully 10 mins or less :)
