What I have been reading
I've now gone up one shelf from the DE Stevenson's and down one shelf from the Agatha Christie's in my library and I'm reading Georgette Heyer's detective books. It's interesting - Heyer was writing in the 1920s and 1930s, but in some ways I find her less dated than books I have from the '50s. I have and love her Regency romances too. Thoughts on privacy
Followed a friend's post to Fanlore to read the discussion about posting fannish photos. Someone there said it for me:
I never want my face [or any of me] on the internet at all, not even without a label saying it's me.
Fandom isn't my problem these days - but it is a good reminder if I contemplate going to a con. For me it's my work.

Life update - coats and COVID
First - if you are a Canley Arms friend this is substantially the same as what I posted there. For non-Australians - NSW is currently having a wave of COVID Delta cases and our premier (Gladys Berejikilian) has a press conference every day to tell us the numbers etc. Kerry Chant is the NSW Chief Medical Officer.
