I actually ran a mile this morning!! Woot Woot!!! I ran 1 and walked 1.5 so I am feeling pretty accomplished there.

My goal is to be down 30 lbs. by the end of summer....20 to go.YeeHa!!

and since I have no more money till Friday, and plenty of patches, it looks like today is a good day to quit...LOL.
