My legs hurt. Of all things. I walked a mile, did some weight exercises, and sit ups, and my calves hurt when I walk. This is all sorts of awesome. I'm assuming I did something wrong amidst all that. Le sigh ( Read more... )

Of course I slept wrong last night, so of course my back still hurts. I have to sit up completely straight for it to not hurt, and walking is a (excuse me) pain, too. Lowell is whining to me about how his pec hurts. He's been working out the past few weeks, and he's definitely feeling it. I'm whining to him about how my back hurts, as I pulled a muscle in my back this morning. So to help each other out, I will walk on his pec if he walks on my back.
