It always comes all at once
Yesterday, while driving to pick up my paycheck from Subway, I got in a car accident. I was turning left, and a guy I didn't see hit the passenger door of my car. I'm okay and the car's okay -- a little dented, but okay -- but it happened at probably the worst time it could have. My mind's so full, and I'm trying to make decisions about what to do with everything, that this was the last thing I needed. The guy who hit me was nice, probably because I freaked out and bawled for about 20 minutes straight, especially since it was my fault. But, of course, I had the wrong insurance card on me, so that when the police came to make the report, I got a ticket for that as well as causing an accident. My court date isn't until August, which bites. I'm just so frustrated with everything right now.
The rest of the day went frustratingly as well. I got roped into doing things I didn't want to do, and then when I went to the game lab to play WoW and try to forget about the frustrations of life for just a little bit, more happened there to make me feel like shit. *lament lament emo whine goes here*
Work's going to suck for the next week or so. I apologise in advance for work rantings.
And now, to clean the living room, as that's my project for the night. The faster I get it done, the faster I can do something fun, like play Animal Crossing or World of Warcraft.
