At mom's...*sigh*

All the work I did cleaning the house probably was forgotten by the next day, 'cause it looks like no one's done anything here during the week I was gone. Am I surprised by this? Not really. It is still somewhat frustrating, but what can one do? I will brush it off and go to bed, and do nothing to mess up the house so that I don't get whined at come morning.

Saw Fiddler at McAuley tonight...I hardly expected to ever go back there for a show again, in all honesty. I'm glad I went though, as it was thoroughly enjoyable. The Boy didn't tell us he designed the freaking sets...Mom's irritated with him because of that. He made it seem like, "Ho, hum, another play", when instead he basically took over Mr. Haynes' job. If I hadn't gone, we'd have never known. I realise we don't treat him incredibly well, but he doesn't treat us well, either, so I guess we're all at fault for not knowing what's going on in peoples' lives. At least one of us realises it. Whether something will be done about it or not is another story. We all know how lazy I am when it comes to relationships.

So tired...I slept for about three hours last night. Stupid house. I have to get down to cleaning *that*, too, as it's really falling apart, and my aunt would kill me if she saw it now. The living room's my fault -- I cluttered it with all my papers and never put them back -- and I could certainly do more to keep the kitchen and bathroom neat. The dining room is so crammed with crap, though...don't know what to do there. I guess just keep it clean for the next time I have to sleep in there (which I hope is quite far off).

I'll be in Evanston from tomorrow until Wednesday, though there may be a brief stop here on Tuesday before work...we shall see. I'm still not wanting to be here, but Mom was able to get more work done in Evanston, and I was able to play WoW and have some alone time here. Now, to see if there's any food in the kitchen (HA), then to fold towels, then to bed. Work at nine tomorrow...at least I'll be in air conditioning during the disgusting heat forecasted for tomorrow.

If my father does not stay in the kitchen or my room tomorrow, his head is mine. Do *not* want to come home to dying father tomorrow. That man needs to enjoy the air conditioning he has constantly going in that damned kitchen.
