Russian-language plan of lane housing in Shanghai

This study of two terraced compounds, on Avenue Dubail and on Rue Moliere, is in Russian - does it suggest that a Russian architect, or a firm, built it? We’re intrigued.



The compound on the left is Paris Court Apartments 巴黎新邨, 169 Avenue Dubail, built in 1935 (not 1940 as the sketch says):

The single-row terrace on the plan is 大合新邨, at 5 Rue Moliere, bordering the French Park:



Due to its proximity to Sun Yatsen’s residence and museum it was impossible to obtain a street view.
