although Noppin's rates aren't really that bad, exchange rates are HORRID. i am now paying USD$1 to 80yen due to Paypal's conversion rates. right now i am gunning for my dream Marc Jacobs slouch hobo-bag, but chances are i'd be outbid. guess i better cut my losses quick. :/
