But here's a story leading to the afternoon that sucked so much balls:
July 31 - Ordered Beautiful Girl and Arena37c Sep2008 from Yesasia (Order #1)
August 1-2 - Credit card authorization was asked; sent
August 4-12 - No communication
August 12 - Checked on order again, found out it was cancelled without notification; called mom to help fix it, then after no immediate reply, I resent card authorization
August 13 - Mom reordered Arena37c only (Order #2) just after I went to bed/resent info
August 14 - Order #1 is suddenly reactivated again without notification; Order #2 is under Paypal and cannot be cancelled at this point; contacted to cancel Order #1
August 15 - YA replied that they cannot cancel Arena37c in Order #1, but only Beautiful Girl; I sent an angry letter and requested to cancel BG
Basically, I will, in the end, have two Arena37c copies provided that Order #2 goes smoothly. Assuming I do get two, does anyone wanna buy the extra copy from me?
I accept the ending result if it stays that way, but I still have quite a number of complaints.
One, WHY THE FUCK DIDN'T THEY TELL ME THEY CANCELLED ORDER #1 IN THE FIRST PLACE.
Two, they should have been more specific about what format the card authorization stuff should be in. When I resent it, it was just a bigger image is all. Then this shit would never have happened.
Three, ....why can't I cancel my Arena37c order when you haven't even acquired it from your suppliers? That would be no difference, right? Why bother?
Four, THEY ARE NOT MAKING IT CLEAR WHERE AND HOW I CAN EDIT MY ORDER. They keep saying "go here". WTF, I'VE BEEN THERE BAJILLIONS OF TIMES. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO THERE ("you should be able to edit there."). DUMBFUCKS.
Complaints not related to YA, but indeed contributed to the major headache I'm having right now:
Five, the internet loads so slow, oh my god, especially YA pages.
Six, after the page loads, I input stuff, click on 'ok' then it magically decides to disconnect. Then I'll have to refresh, only to be asked to log in again, and refind the page (i.e. requires at least 4 pages to load before so)
Seven, basically...SmartBRO is a worthless piece of shit that runs slower than my dial-up. WHY, YOU DUMB SHIT, DO YOU DO THIS TO ME. WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR PROMISES. FAST, SECURE.... ALL LIES NOW. LIIIIEEESSSS.
Eight, people, the internet, things and even health really really aren't cooperating with me today period.
Nine, can't call their Hong Kong hotline, and then the computer decides to hang, and I curse everything around me. (seriously, even if the phone only says "the number you dialed is..." I'm all, "FUCK YOU. THE NUMBER I DIALED EXISTS I SAY. FUCK YOU.")
Ten, ....there isn't a tenth complaint. I'm just obsessive-compulsive and have to end in an even number.
...and now they email saying they'll forward my 'inquiry' (more like capslock-rage. *childish* "there, is that enough information for you?!") to the product excecutive, and will be contacted shortly. Sounds spiffy.
tl;dr?
Lessons learned - Yesasia has horrible and overpriced products of limited variety. Yesasia has horrible and overpriced service. Yesasia makes my internet lag. I am not ordering anything from Yesasia ever again in my entire life.
Yet Uruha is still worth this.
