(no subject)
I spoke with Xander last night about Faith. His first reaction was that she might be killing again, but then he came up with a different idea. It seems there was an incident a few years ago involving Buffy and Dracula (still can't believe the guy really exists), and something I said about Faith's behavior made Xander think of it. I'm not sure what I said to trigger that idea, but Xander seemed certain that Faith could be under a vampire's thrall.
I wanted to go to Buffy right away but, since it was the middle of the night, Xander suggested we wait until morning. But then Buffy was gone to work right away this morning, and by the time she got home there was a Labor Day barbecue in full swing and she'd been roped into working the grill. So I figured I'd catch up with her after that, but then an unexpected guest showed up. Apparently, she's an old friend of the Scoobies that they haven't seen for awhile.
I know it's late now, and I'm sure Buffy has to work again in the morning, but I can't let this go any longer. I have to talk to her tonight.
