So I have this irrational hatred of split-levels. (Sorry, everyone who has one. It's irrational. What can I say?)
I've now been informed that there's really no chance of getting a house in the Twin Cities area that isn't one.
(Ben doesn't want to live, well, basically anywhere that there ARE non-split-levels because they're in the actual Twin Cities [Mpls and St. Paul] and the property taxes are too high.)
