Danish Butter Cookies...
I am getting to understand the term 'dryness' from inside and out... walking around with two wet cotton bulbs in my nose and sleeping with a tray of water were definitely not among the things I had pictured for myself here :-) not that there were too many things to picture, I had not even doubted I'd get into these phases of homesickness, but it is alright, things have otherwise only improved since being here.
Amazingly, the effects of the extreme dryness combined with having absolutely no furniture and dieting can lead to one developing symptoms very similar to that of Leukemia. My roomie and in effect I had the biggest scare of our lives last week with it. Anyway, for the moment cant wait for the humidifier to get home.
It is hard to believe a semester is almost about to end, and my project work to begin, the years should fly past fast, with an amusingly crazy but compassionate adviser :-|
