For those who feel like a little bit of madness, I've created the ##bugzilla-world channel on FreeNode IRC. This is a channel where my IRC bot reports every change it receives from every Bugzilla it's currently hooked up to. Currently that's the Red Hat, Mozilla, GNOME, and Async Bugzillas.
