I am sick to death of hearing how John McCain and Sarah Palin are the original Mavericks. Each time I see that campaign ad I want to vomit. I also expect to see a picture of James Garner who is the original Maverick and not crusty old John McCain and his right wing whore Sarah Palin.

America is in its darkest hour! That is if you believe anything that syndicated columnist Linda Chavez has to say. Chavez - writing in the Sunday Denver post this weekend (8/31) - claims that every four years when the Democrats hold their national convention America teeters on the edge of the abyss.
