One-Handed Post
After 11 hours (mostly of waiting) in the General Hospitals 'emergency' area I was finally able to leave. Apparently I have a fractured elbow on my left arm and what is probably a hairline fracture in the other arm after x-rays. I was really lucky in this because the doctor thought I would need surgery from testing my mobilty. That being said I can perform a few scarce movements with my left arm, but have most of my dexterity in my right - though I can apply on very small amounts of pressure and carry little. The right arm should be better in about a week and the other arm 3-4.
Ultimately I am lucky thats it, as it could have been worse had I landed on my head (I was running bacl to Lees Ave will Will to get his ID when I tripped over a fence that I didn't see into the parkinglot and landed on the cement). Will and Martin cleaned me up and called a cab for me to get to the hospital and Will was very patient and waited 4 hours until they put me in a room - where we both thought I would see someone soon. I wouldn't have been able to get to the hospital without you Martin and Will and thank you Will for waiting with me for so long :). I hope everyone who made it to the club had a good time, I'm sorry to have reduced our numbers and for any dampening of the mood.
