On saturday January 31 2009 David Delph of Lapel Indiana died in a Noblesvill IN hospital of skin cancer.
5 years after the deaths of his wife Robin and son Joshua. Both died  in 2004 in a fire at there home at 1307 west 2nd street in Anderson Indiana. David Delph was the chief suspect in the arson fire that took Robin and Joshua's life.
