been shopping
Hey guys.....Just a quick update tonight. I went shopping today after spending yesterday recovering in bed and on the couch downstairs......neither of which happen to be at school. So yesterday was relaxing. I caught the bus into nottingham today with toni and then said goodbye to her before meeting my boyfriend. I bought him 2 presents which are in fact late xmas prezzies. I also bought myself 2 dvd's:- "Pirates of the Caribbean" and "Lilo and Stitch", a new jacket which I love, a rock star patch and 2 badges (Nickleback and Millencolin). I got "Pirates of the Caribbean" from the Disney Store and put down a deposit for "Finding Nemo" which comes out on Feb 27. So I also came home with a free Lion King poster and a free Finding Nemo print, both of which are now up on my wall. I also bought a boomerang which actually works.....as opposed to the one I had origionally which is for 'display purposes only'.........and that is also now up on my wall. I have just made myself THE most amazing cup of hot chocolate I have EVER had......with marshmellows, chocolate flakes and cream.......and have been happily indulging myself in my new "Pirates of the Caribbean" dvd...which has just finished. Johnny Depp is sooooooooo hot in that pirate costume....and he's so freakin' funny....and me and amy are gonna learn pirate lingo and learn how to be pirates coz it looks like so much fun. Incidently....there are 10 HOURS of bonus footage! Jeepers.......
I gave amy "Lilo and Stitch" back today, which is what inspired me to go and buy my own copy......and she has given me back "The Ring", which I gave to her the day I bought it in return for "Lilo and Stitch" and so have not watched it yet. I'm gonna watch that tonight.....after I'm done writing in my journal.
So today has been great. Tomorrow I have music and french and then freedom once again.....however I do have a french speaking exam next tuesday for which I need to prepare a presentation........I fucking hate speaking exams....but not nearly as much as I fucking hate presentations.......so go forth and bring on the doom...I'll be sooo happy next tuesday evening......
After todays trip to Ice Nine...(my fave shop in Notts)....I have decided to d/l Something Corporates new album "North". It was in Ice Nine that I first heard the song "Ruthless" so they introduced me to this fab band....I'm d/ling their album as we speak...or as I speak.....or type.....and you read.....
So I told you it would be quick....I'm gonna go watch "The Ring"....maybe not all of it coz I'm really tired....but some of it anywayz......
