Brian may have been in The Hutt last night.......
I just got back from work. My legs are aching slightly, but more importantly, I got my period this morning so my stomach has been fucking killing me all day. Seriously...the ground needs to just open up and eat me and never let me out again. Or someone needs to invent a pain relief tablet that ACTUALLY WORKS. So far today I have consumed 8 paracetamol pills. That's half a box! That's good money which I could have spent on a nice pair of combos, or a battery for my digi camera.....but no....I have to fucking buy another box of paracetamol to make up for the box that I used in only 2 days coz of fucking period pains!! Guys don't know how lucky they are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anywayz....on a lighter note, I had a nice night at work. Although we didn't finish till late, I was on floor (WOOHOO) with Ben, Laura H and Emma Shaw....all of whom rock and are incredably sweet. Ben gave me and Emma a ride home.
I didn't get up till 3 this afternoon, partly coz I didn't go to bed till 3 this morning, and partly coz my stomach hurt. Then Mark (assistant manager who used to work at the Hutt but left to work at the Wheatsheaf and has come back for the weekend to cover for magnus, the Landlord who has gone on holiday) rang me at 4 to ask if I could come in early (I wasn't starting till 6) coz they were short on staff. I told him I hadn't had dinner yet but I'd get there as soon as I could. So I had dinner and arrived at half 5. They were short on staff...there was just me Emma and Laura untill 6 when Ben started. But it was DEAD tonight, so it was nice and chilled. And Steve came in!!! For those who don't know Steve, he was the guy who came to cover for Mrs Irons when she was ill for about 3 months. Mrs Irons is my music teacher, singing teacher, choir director, and one of my favourite people in the whole world. But Steve ROCKS!! He is soooooo cool, i guess it's a music teacher thing....coz they both rock. They just feel the music so much. I love musical people....I always have. So I talked to him for a bit...that was nice coz I haven't seen Steve in ages.
And now I'm contenting myself with a glass of orange juice and a bakewell tart (mmmmmm.....) I'm STILL listening to "Three's a Charm" by The Starting Line. I love this song soooo much...the harmonies are great. You guys should d/l it....seriously.
Today I downloaded the first part of "Exposed" with Avril Lavigne....it's a great vid....her and the boys having dinner in a restaurant and talking in the car and going shopping and stuff. In their everyday habitat basically...I love watching famous people go about their everyday buisiness...you can see what kind of people they really are when they're not being bombarded with cameras and fans. I have actually seen Avril get pissed of with one of her band mates....it's not a pretty sight. Entertaining though. Interesingly...she has to fly first class cos otherwise she'd get bugged all the time, but her band flies ecconomy.......so they sit in different areas on the plane. I thought that was wierd.....they were talking about this one time when the air hostess came up to them and said "Avril Lavigne's up in the front" expecting them to freak out.....so they wrote her a note saying "Avril, you are soooooooooooooo awsome" and asked for her autograph. The air hostess went back to Avril appologising coz these kids "won't stop buggin me". Lol.....I thought it was funny. They actually have some hillarious conversations....the guys in her band are wickid. Anyway....enough obsessiveness.....
I can't find the second or third parts and it's buggin me.....i wish shareaza would hurry up and search....
So tomorrow I only have 1 lesson...which is 3rd so i get to lie in. Woohoo. Then after lunch I might go shopping in nottingham....I haven't been there in ages.....
Oh yeah.... Brian May came into the Hutt last night! It's common knowlegde round here that he lives over the street......and last night we think it was him sitting on table 3. His friend introduced him to this lady as "Brian", and he said "Not the Brian you're thinking of," and he winked at her. It was so him :)
So I'll leave that as a final thought and say "Goodnight". Love you all :P
