A lot of places wait for you to call them, so they can see you're really interested in the job. Have you ried calling to check on your application?
As for the Mike thing, you really shouldn't take anything a crazy girl posts on myspace too seriously. If she's calling him her boyfriend, she's clearly not all with it anyways. Maybe she just wants people to think they're about to get back together any day, and that he really does still like her, when thats not true at all. It sounds like something a crazy obsessed chick would do.
And about him not deleting her, well, maybe he's flattered by the attention and it makes him feel better about himself, however annoying it may be. Which isn't very nice of him, but it's normal hman behavior. Or maybe he just feels bad to be so cold to her, or is worried she'll go suicidal or something. That's a common problem with crazy exes.
I mean, I don't know the whole situation or anything, but I don't think you should be so worried right yet.
Yeah, I did call them back. Now I'm waiting again.
And as for that, he and I have had this problem with her for months. I suggested maybe the reason he didn't delete her was because he felt flattered, and he was pretty mad about that suggestion. She's told him she'd kill herself before, he knows by now it's not true. And he went through a period where he tried to be nice to her, but that just made her call him even more. One night he called me, so fed up, he asked me to go on his MySpace and delete her, but I told him I wouldn't do that, take his password and do that for him, because it was something he had to do on his own. Honestly, I'm so fed up I don't care if I do it for him now, I just want her gone.
It's an ongoing fight we have that always crops up, and now I'm just surprised. If she's really worth fighting with me all the time about it, why doesn't he just get back with her, geez.
