All of my serious finals and the semester in general is over and my stress level is now in control.  An update is now in order.  Thats good though because I'm at the point of being so sick of school that I can hardly study and all I want to do is sleep.  And read this dumb book I can't put down that my sister lent me about vampires.  Its actually

hahaha 'lactate threshold' did you mean lactic?? but ew I hate those paces and trying to figure out if I'm doing the right one...but that test sounds super fun ;)

No its lactate threshold. You'd think it would be lactic threshold but for some reason its not.
