if you've read nothing of Nabokov but Lolita, start reading, as you've a long list to trudge through. if you've lost your taste for Nabokov in reading Lolita then you've missed the point. Camus is often given good credit in his field, and i bow to the man, but, given a month to study up, i would argue that Nabokov pulled off the same feat only more subtly, less tastefully and more humanely in many different places.
