i have officially slacked on the piano long enough to be bad at it. now, in context, this probably isn't *too* bad a thing, as i've never really practiced much since i was 12, but i sat down to 'play' tonight and was embarrassed to be listening to myself. it was bad. i'm thinking i might have to actually take it semi-seriously - even just for effect...like, to say i *do* play the instrument. i have a good ear, nimble fingers and good muscle memory, but no real musical talent, perse. i never really have, but i've always had less interest and more free time to dick around with it than lately.
good thing it's on my list.
