Lewis and Summer to the rescue...again.
Couple days after we found Lil Tabitha this other stray cat shows up. It's 1am, Munchkin needs to pee; i'm exhausted and have to be up in 4 hrs. I open the door and let her out. She usually pees and comes right back in, but nooo. That morning she wanted to explore...everything! So, i went to get her treats and tried shaking them to get her back. Well, instead of her this stray cat runs up from under our porch meowing her head off and will not go away. Then comes WW3. I have to go out and grab Munchkin and carry her back in, keep this stray cat from coming in the house, and keep Mater from leaving the house to see this new cat. Everyone stays and Muchkin is put back. Well, 4am rolls around and WW3 is resumed. This time it is getting out of the house with Muchkin and back in. Crazy! (Side note: I slept without shirt that night because of heat so during all this i dont have time to get a shirt so while trying to keep all animals where they need to be i'm trying to keep myself covered outside. LOL) It happens one last time when i took Muchkin out for her last potty before i left for work and OMG! Was NOT a fun morning.
Now, the cat was the cutest thing eva! She was annoying meowing and trying to get in the house, but she was soooo sweet. She would follow Munchkin and rub at her and my leg. She loved to be held and rubbed and Lewis fell for her fast! But we couldn't keep her cause we had just taken in the lil kitten. So, we decided the next day to take her to Rocky Mount to this pet store. That way she would be in a safe place and not outside and have a bigger chance to be adopted to a loving home. No more starving and cold nights for her. It was sad leaving her though. Wish we had more room for another, but right now we have a full house. LoL
I hope that's the last of them for now. Two in one week? Phew! LoL
Update: Lewis should be fine. They believe the man had a mild case and that the chances of Lewis or his partner getting anything are very slim. I'm very happy he gonna be ok. But i did tell him he should go get the shot and soon. With him working around all kinds of people it would be good to have all those shots to protect himself. Sometimes u don't know what people could have.
