Visa frustrations

Fuckety-fuck-fuck FUCK!

I am so frustrated and disappointed right now that I'm fighting back tears.

I DESPERATELY want to move to Tasmania in October instead of just visiting. However, the Australian government has systematically conspired to make this incredibly difficult, if not impossible, for me thanks to their laws governing visas.

I just discovered that the visa option that I was planning to pursue while staying there on a tourist authorization can only be granted if you are OUTSIDE Australia. That means that I can't stay there while applying for it. FUCK!

I just found out a couple of days ago that I can't get a student visa unless I'm enrolled full-time in classes. This is a major blow since I MIGHT be able to afford part-time classes while working part-time as allowed on the student visa... but full-time classes would be a lot more expensive an would make working even part-time more difficult.

The romantic in me is screaming that it should be easier than this to be able to follow one's heart.

My options are rapidly dwindling. I'm now forced to desperately search for a means of paying for full-time classes though scholarships, student loans, or something OR try to find an employer not only willing to hire me but also willing and able to sponsor my visa.

UGH!!!!!!!!!
