i guess so, but they were handing out tickets left and right. I think they arrested the guy hosting the party too. It was brutal.

Rule number one about getting out of these kinds of things:DO NOT LIE! Be completely honest about everything except what you've had to drink. In order to do this, you must have your lie planned out in advance (i.e. I am the designated driver. Yes officer I am underage that's why I'm driving.)

In order for that example to work, you really need to watch your drinking and pace yourself. OR learn to act while drunk (like I do). Should you get pulled over while drinking (and there are other people in the car), get your friends to be beligerent but no overly so. Just enough to make you look sober as shit by comparison.

Most cops will let you go after you explain that you are just trying to get them home.

I think right on my 21st birthday was the very last time I was carded for anything and I like not having things stapled to my head. Oh, and as for the stumbling drunk, so long as you do it on PRIVATE PROPERTY (not the sidewalk) cops can't touch you.

seriously, a-town is pretty lax too. and they don't believe in MIPs. Had this party been there, they'd have just dispersed the party.

I should have known better than to go to a party on campus. Its not people complain and then the cops come. The cops just cruise around listening for parties to break up. Thats how they found us.
