Rory, bored and antsy since she had finally sent her applications in that afternoon, was in her room eating cupcakes and marathonning Marx brothers films on her laptop.

Anxiety and anticipation resulted in calories and comfort movies. And there was coffee, too, because that's totally what Rory needed - more caffeine.
