Rainbows!
My luck has really turned around! This morning I saw a rainbow...on the longest/darkest day of the year- what a great sign!
Tomarrow's my(& Crispins) birthday & I've invited nearly everyone I know, so it should be a blast, I am getting excited nerves just thinking about it.
I got propositioned two times this week by very attractive guys, even if they did make me question my morals in different ways. Best of all, I used restraint & handled both situations without comprimising my very lax morals or hurting anyone's feelings! yay.
This monday, to happy surprise I got an intership working with the House of Blues on the Sasquatch music fest where I will be the tech intern updating websites- how f'n woot is that?!! Especially since I almost didn't go b/c my interviews have gone so disgustingly before. But this time relaxed and was just myself. Soooo awsome. I start in January. It's in Bellvue which is a long bus ride, but oh so worth it & a good way to branch out of my capitol hill/downtown bubble.
I almost think this turn of good luck was brought on by my spreading of mix-CD love. Its really cathartic to go through my playlists and pick out songs I think different friends/fam would like depending on what they are intersted in/going through. Sometimes I can be really self centered so its gotten me out of that a bit.
