Fishing for nerd art ideas

I could use your creative brains.
I have this in my room:
Yes, those are four blank canvases above our bed. They've been blank for months. I just can't decide what to paint. This is where you come in.

and this, which I painted in college but now plan to paint a TARDIS in the sky...
I'm not a great painter, but I can copy things. One idea for the blank canvases was to do primary colors (one for each canvas) and paint the silhouette of something iconic on each one (TARDIS, plane from Porco Rosso, etc), but I'm kind of dry on ideas. I also thought of doing a "ribbon" of images spanning all four canvases, but I'm not sure about that.
The fandoms that my hubby and I agree on are: Doctor Who, Miyazaki, LotR/Hobbit, Harry Potter, Firefly, and Star Trek.
So....any suggestions? Inspiration? I need some ideas!
