5.13 The Song Remains The Same Reaction Post
Okay...another fun, yet relatively pointless episode containing time-travel. We already knew that you can't change the past - so how come they keep trying?
Anyway - I took two things away from this fantabulous little ep:
1. Castiel possesses an angel-killing sword/dagger/bigass knife thing. This means that he has a weapon that can kill Lucifer.
2. The fact the boys are vessels is due to their bloodline - I think this'll be important later, simply because I still maintain that Lisa was lying through her teeth back in 3.02 (The Kids Are Alright).
Anyway squared, one way they can win is outlined in my recent onefer over on ffnet, Plan B. If I ever manage to thin out the plotbunny hutches, I just might explore point #2 above in a longer fic, but not until I finish off my NCIS fic, my third story in my 1,2,3 trilogy, and the two side-stories I've got planned for RFYL.
